Gstaad '26 Art Edition — Prize Draw · Terms & Conditions
- Organiser: JAZE Eyewear AG (iWear.Legend), Bern, Switzerland.
- Entry period: 11–19 July 2026, during the EFG Swiss Open Gstaad.
- How to enter: Complete the registration form with a valid name, email and mobile number. One entry per person.
- Eligibility: Open to entrants aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary. Employees of the organiser and partners involved in the draw are excluded.
- Prizes: One (1) 70cm Bearbrick Gstaad '26 Art Edition and two (2) 28cm Bearbrick Gstaad '26 Art Editions. Three winners in total. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner selection: Three winners drawn at random from all valid entries after the tournament final on 19 July 2026.
- Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the organiser reserves the right to draw a replacement.
- Collection / delivery: Prizes collected in person or shipped within Switzerland at the organiser's discretion.
- Data protection: Entry data is processed under Swiss FADP to administer the draw. Marketing consent is optional and separate from entry. See our privacy policy. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- General: By entering, participants accept these terms. The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw for good cause. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Bern.
